Our basic course is designed to introduce and reinforce the foundation for the practitioner to perform yoga approximately 30-45 minutes per day. This course is ideal for both beginners as well as for elderly people. It is also effective in physical rehabilitation processes.

Intermediate

This course is premeditated to encourage yoga practioner to accomplish substantial and cerebral maturity through selected yogic techniques. Also it helps to understand yoga well with resonance base.

Advanced

This course is devised to encourage yoga practitioners to accomplish substantial cerebral maturity through the practice of yoga. The course focuses on the advanced level of breathing techniques and asanas.

Kids Yoga

Kid’s yoga is designed to enhance their mental energy to promote the inherent creativity. A unique line drawing technique specially designed for all the asanas is interesting for the Students to remember the names and to become well-versed in the method, and to perform these asanas confidently. Through such yoga practices the students are prompted to become aware of their strengths and to bring out their dormant potential.
