About Hathavidya Gurukulam


In order to disseminate accurate yoga knowledge throughout the world, the Hatha Vidya Traditional School of Yoga was established with the mission of conserving and advancing the traditional Hatha Yoga techniques.
Adi Nath, the first sound, is the ancestor of the Hath Yogic lineage. This is the lineage that hasn't endorsed or stamped any yoga techniques. Since it applies to every member of humanity, it is universal, all-encompassing, and all-inclusive.
The primary method of teaching Hath Yogic practices has been verbal transmissions from the Guru to the disciple, or Shishya. A small number of manuscripts and shastras, or classical texts, have existed historically and list some of its practices; however, these are dispersed throughout numerous texts. Based on classical texts, Hatha Vidya has integrated traditional yoga practices into its system. The authentic essence of Yoga can be experienced through the Hatha Vidya Tradition.
